The Social Committee also supports wellbeing by encouraging positive relationships and social connection. It helps identify community needs and connects them to appropriate support within the organization. It contributes to a safe, caring, and respectful social atmosphere. In collaboration with staff and management, the committee ensures alignment with organizational goals and standards. It contributes to planning activities and monitors engagement to improve impact. It also supports outreach through meaningful and value-driven social media content.
